Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to www.bnmd.com.hk. By accessing our website or engaging BNMD (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company") for wood flooring, whole-house custom furniture, or interior design services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Services
The Company provides premium timber flooring supply and installation, bespoke interior design, 3D spatial rendering, and custom cabinetry services. All projects are executed by our in-house designer and experienced Hong Kong craftsmen. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be distinctly outlined in individual client agreements.
Intellectual Property & 3D Renderings
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to 3D photorealistic renders, conceptual drawings, website content, and custom furniture blueprints created by our in-house designer, remain the exclusive property of BNMD (Hong Kong) Limited until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Material Variations & Visual Representations
Wood Flooring: Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent and expected. Samples provided (including luxury brands like CVK.Italy) serve as a guide; exact matches cannot be guaranteed. A deposit may be required before work begins.
3D Renderings: While our in-house designer utilizes advanced 3ds Max and rendering engines to produce highly accurate visualizations, these renders are for conceptual purposes. Lighting, monitor displays, and final material finishes may result in slight variances between the 3D render and the completed physical space.
Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and creative works by the company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use design deliverables for personal or business use but may not resell or distribute them without permission.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on project agreements
Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already commenced.
Refunds are provided at company’s discretion based on project progress.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays caused by force majeure, third-party logistics, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during the installation process.
Third-Party Vendors & Contractor
Company may recommend third-party suppliers or contractors but is not liable for their work, pricing, or timelines.
Any agreements with third parties are made directly between the client and the vendor.
Use of Our Website
You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content from our website without permission.
Unauthorized use of our branding, images, or text is prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection

Governing Law
