Key Spaces
Living Room:
The living pavilion is an exercise in elegant linearity, featuring a seamless flow of BNMD’s signature premium timber underfoot. A striking, floor-to-ceiling architectural shelving unit with integrated, recessed LED ribbon-lighting commands the wall, offering curated display spaces that exude a soft, ambient glow. Rejecting traditional central fixtures, the room utilizes an advanced trackless, main-lightless design, paired with a sculptural Washi-style pendant over the intimate dining niche. Every custom built-in unit is engineered by our local master craftsmen to maximize storage while maintaining an uncluttered, fluid silhouette that accommodates both refined hosting and pet-friendly comfort.

Bedroom:
The bathroom translates a wellness-spa atmosphere into a compact footprint. It showcases a sophisticated juxtaposition of tactile, flecked terrazzo surfaces against raw slate-grey porcelain tiles within the glass-enclosed rain shower zone. A floating, rich-grain timber vanity optimizes floor space—thoughtfully accommodating modern smart-home appliances underneath—while counterbalanced by a backlit architectural mirror. The composition is elevated by understated, wall-mounted champagne gold fixtures that inject a touch of timeless luxury into the daily ritual.

Design Philosophy
The design philosophy centers on "Spatial Liberation through Organic Minimalism"—fusing traditional Japanese tranquility with Scandinavian functionalism (Japandi). By deliberately omitting a singular main light source in favor of multi-layered, indirect architectural lighting, we transcend physical boundaries, making the 310 sq. ft. layout feel unbound and expansive. Every corner is tailored to strike a perfect equilibrium between artistic form, smart utility, and the uncompromising precision of traditional Hong Kong craftsmanship.
Color Palette
An ultra-premium, restorative palette rooted in nature: Warm Alabaster, Soft Cream, and Natural Muted Oak form the serene canvas. This organic foundation is punctuated by sophisticated accents of Matte Black and Brushed Champagne Gold to anchor the visual weight and introduce modern refinement.
Materials and Textures
An uncompromising curation of premium materials: BNMD’s architectural-grade sustainable timber flooring, customized structural wood veneers with flawless grain matching, artisan terrazzo quartz, raw porcelain stonewares, tactile organic linen drapery, and sleek architectural-grade metals.
